Like many, I believed that cutting calories and hitting the gym would be the magic formula. However, it wasn’t long before I hit a plateau and began feeling frustrated. That’s when I discovered the importance of starting with a natural detox.

You might be wondering why a detox is so crucial for weight loss. I had the same question, and after digging into the science and personal experiences, the answer became clear:
