Pair up with somebody, maybe your spouse or your best friend (or even several friends) for this amazing reset. There is nothing better than having somebody else to motivate and to be motivated by, during the process. It is easier to stay motivated and follow the rules of anything if we know there is somebody else that is keeping us accountable.
follow the schedule with your aloe, water and supplements intake – remind each other to stay on schedule
follow the recommended workout routine – challenge your partner and be a great role model
prepare snacks and salads together or share recipes if you don’t live together
celebrate successes daily – ” you don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” and then one step at a time after that
stay strong for each other – “the comeback is always stronger than the setback”
share with others this wonderful reset program like you would share the contact to your favorite hairdresser or your best car mechanic
don’t go back to your unhealthy habits when you are finished – it is nice to keep your house clean and neat after a spring cleaning, isn’t it?
Remember, your healthy body starts with your healthy mindset!
