MAINTAIN A RELAXING ENVIRONMENT
Before you even approach to bed, try doing a short, non-stimulating activity, but keep the lights dim. You might read a book, meditate for a few moments or do progressive muscle relaxation: lie down in a quite place and flex each muscle in your body then release it, from your fingers to your toes.
