Hi Benson, to be honest with you, when it comes to Gin-Chia it doesn’t matter. Garcinia needs to be taken on an empty stomach for a reason. Gin-chia is one of those supplements that doesn’t matter when you take it. Although, my philosophy is not to take anything on an empty stomach when it is not specified to take it this way. This is why I wrote “during or after.” I hope it helps.
